Welcome to the centerpiece of my website! My goal for this page is to compile information about the members of the Emerald Brigade! I plan to also create a more extensive section for the clarinets and seniors. If you are a band member, please take 5-10 minutes to fill out a special questionnaire that I have written. Read below for more details...

Take the Questionnaire!

Questionnaire Instructions:
Answer all of the questions on the list that apply to you. Please remember that all of the questions are optional. Write whatever you feel comfortable sharing on the Internet and with those in the band. Then, submit your answers to me. There are several ways you can do this:

1. Send them in an email to me at macgyver@pacbell.net,
2. Print these pages out, fill them out by hand, and give them to me at school, or
3. Save this document to your computer, type in your answers, and send me an email with this file attached.

Any one of these three ways is fine, but if you can do it, I would prefer method #3. If you are printing out the quiz, you may circle your answers. If you are emailing me the quiz, type your answers next to the questions. Thanks and enjoy the questionnaire!
